Join Gender Studies majors as they present the findings from their semester one capstone project. This year’s majors explore how female gender stereotypes are represented through mahjong in 1960s Hong Kong and through menstrual products in contemporary China. Presentations also explore how gender is being reimaged by authors and fans in Chinese online fiction and by new Hong Kong fashion designers of gender-fluid menswear.

All are welcome
